No. I build plate strategies — what protein, what carb, what vegetable, in what proportions — that work across whatever you're eating that week. Meal plans don't survive contact with real life.
No, unless we both decide a short tracking phase will help. Most clients never track.
No. I will never sell you a supplement, and I have no affiliate links. If a real clinical reason for one exists, I'll tell you to talk to your doctor.
I work alongside doctors and dietitians, not around them. If you have a diagnosed condition, I'll need clearance and I may refer to a registered dietitian.
I work with men only. It's where my specialization is and where I'm most useful.
Most clients feel different in 2–3 weeks — energy, sleep, digestion. Body composition changes usually start showing at weeks 6–8 with consistency.
